Nikana Connect is an online platform founded by NIKANA TRAVEL E.E., VAT: EL803023555, Potos, Limenaria, Thassos, Greece, designed to connect job seekers and employers. By using the platform, users confirm they are familiar with these Terms and fully accept them. Platform content is protected by intellectual property rights.
How It Works
Nikana Connect exclusively enables job posting, search and connection between candidates and employers. The platform does not participate in the hiring process or contract conclusion and does not guarantee success in finding employment.
Free to Use
Using the Nikana Connect platform is free for all users. Nikana Connect does not charge any fee for advertising content on the platform.
Registration and Data Accuracy
Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Only persons over 18 years of age may register. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. The platform is not a substitute for professional consulting or employment mediation services.
User Obligations
Users agree to: use the platform in accordance with applicable laws; not post false or illegal information; not use the platform for fraud; respect the rights of other users.
Liability
The platform is not responsible for the accuracy of data posted by candidates and employers, nor for the outcome of the hiring process. Nikana Connect is not an employer and does not guarantee employment, work permits or residence permits.
Changes to Terms
Nikana Connect reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
