Data We Process
Nikana Connect is an online platform founded by NIKANA TRAVEL E.E., VAT: EL803023555, Potos, Limenaria, Thassos, Greece. The personal data we process includes: full name, email address, phone number, password, age, years of experience, EU passport status, job type, availability and other data candidates enter into their profile.
Purpose of Processing
We collect data to: enable job advertising and applications, ensure user safety, create profiles and publish content in accordance with the law. We process data to provide our service, measure platform usage, protect users and provide support.
Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed on the basis of: contract performance or pre-contractual actions (registration and applying), consent (sending notifications), legitimate interest of the platform (security, service improvement) and compliance with legal obligations.
Account Creation
Candidates enter: full name, email, password, phone, age, experience, passport status, job type and availability. Employers enter: name, phone, email, password, AFM tax number (used only for identification), company name (optional), property name and location in Greece.
User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, as well as the right to object and restrict processing. Requests can be submitted to: support@nikana.gr.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained as long as the account exists and is needed to provide the service. After account deletion, data is permanently removed, except data required by law to be retained longer.
