How Nikana Connect Works - Step by Step

Click the Find Jobs option, then complete the application by entering your personal details, work experience, availability, and languages. You may also add your CV.

After submitting your application, a confirmation email with a link will be sent to the address you provided. Click the link to activate your account.

Each application is reviewed before it becomes active. Admins process applications promptly, and you will be notified once your profile is approved and ready to use on the platform.

Note: job listings and candidate profiles are not publicly accessible outside the platform. To view listings or candidate profiles, you must have an active account and be logged in.

All available jobs are listed on the main page. You can browse them or use filters to narrow your search. Click the Apply button to apply for a listing that suits you. You can be applied to a maximum of 20 listings at the same time. If you want to apply for a new listing, you must first withdraw from an existing one.

Employers review applications and may contact you through the platform if they are interested in your profile. After contact is established, it is recommended that all terms of cooperation be clearly defined with the employer before a final agreement, including compensation, working hours, days off, and whether accommodation, meals, and visa costs are included or who covers them. If needed, you may also engage a legal advisor or lawyer to assist with the visa process and residency arrangements.
